TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings of all our WSET courses and wine events are processed on the understanding and basis that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Cancellations. Wine Training School offers a refund policy on cancellations only during the 14 days cooling-off period (customers cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations). This cancellation period starts on the day that you booked your course or event. After that period of time, Wine Training School will not offer a refund policy on cancellations under any circumstances.

All Wine Training School events or WSET courses are subject to minimum numbers. Wine Training School reserves the right to change tutors, reschedule, cancel, close or combine events or WSET courses if necessary at any particular time.

Full payment must accompany the booking form as we do not accept provisional bookings and places will only be confirmed once payment is received. Bookings will only be accepted on valid booking forms with a fully completed declaration. Booking Courses (Click here).

Payment methods - Debit/Credit Card or PayPal.

WSET courses and examination dates are fixed to the course onto which you book and any transfer to an alternative date will incur an administration fee of £50.00 plus vat per student. All transfer requests must be made by email to mail@winetraining.co.uk at least 14 days before the original examination date. A minimum of 14 days notice is necessary to transfer and register to any future course depending on the availability of that particular course. Our policy is first come first serve. To avoid any issues with spaces for future courses we strongly recommend to select the future date of your choice with enough anticipation.

All students are required to present authorised photographic identification at all examinations and may be refused entry to an examination if not produced.

Wine Training School has policies on complaints, conflict of interest, date protection, diversity and equality, reasonable adjustments, special consideration, malpractice and maladministration and cancellations & refunds. All the policy statements of Wine Training School are available on request from any student or client. 

If you have any special condition that requires special consideration when it comes to the examination of any of our courses, you must send us an email with a medical certificate signed by a GP that proves your special condition with twenty five (25) working days before the actual examination. This email needs to be sent before your make the booking to allow Wine Training School to communicate this situation to the main WSET office in order to make special arrangements for your examination.
